The wedding showcase at the Castle Hotel at the weekend (see previous post)was a great opportunity to meet couples planning their weddings throughout this year and next. While communicating by email has its uses, there's nothing better than meeting face to face. The couples were able to take a look at some sample albums while enjoying a glass of wine or a coffee. They could then ask me any questions, talk over any concerns with timings on the day and get as much information as they need from me before making any decisions.
I don't like putting pressure on couples to book there and then, I would rather them take some time to discuss it and make sure they are 100% happy to book. It is nothing to spend an hour or more with a couple talking about their day, going over their options, venue etc.
The more I know about their plans, the better service I can offer them.
Once a couple have booked, they are welcome to get in touch at any time if they need any recommendation for florists, cakes, entertainment etc.
All images on this post were taken at the Castle Hotel in Neath. It is a venue that has a choice of four places for your photographs nearby all easily accessible.

I did take two booking at The Castle, on for September this year, and one for next May which was great. As for my next wedding, that's this Saturday so really hoping it will be a sunny day, or at the very least dry!
